Three times per year, thousands of people across the US & Canada come together to KICK START their health and fitness journey to see what they can accomplish in just 4 weeks. Each group is led by a Balanced Habits Certified Coach, this community approach creates tremendous camaraderie, support, accountability and ultimately success. Since 2008, over 80,000 people have KICK STARTed their health and fitness journey with this Balanced Habits program.
