This class is taught by:
INSANITY® is a cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principle of MAX Interval Training. MAX Interval training allows a person to beat the body's natural response of getting used to exercising at one level of exertion.

This class is designed to push participants to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.

This class looks and feels like the world renowned home workout INSANITY®, but is modified for a group setting, and broke down in to 30 to 50 minute workouts.
